FESTIVAL OF FESTIVALS.These students from Mapandan, Pangasinan dances as they showcase the town's Pandan Festival druing the presentation of Pangasinan Festivals which highlights the 2006 Pista'y Dayat(sea festival) celebration in Lingayen, Pangasinan. Also taking part in the street dance exhibition were the students in Calasiao(Puto Festival), San Carlos City(Mango Bamboo Festival), Anda(Binongey Festival), Alaminos City(Longaniza Festival), Manaoag(Galicayo Festival), Lingayen(Pista'y Dayat), and Balungao(Goat Festival).CESAR S. AGBAYANI CUP.Pangasinan Gov. Victor Agbayani as he led in the ceremonial shot at the start of the four-day 2nd Gov. Victor Agbayani Cup shooting competition early this month(March 2006) at the renovated Pangasinan PNP Firing Range in Lingayen, Pangasinan. Some 300 practical shooters from the different gunclubs in Ilocos, Cagayan, Central Luzon and Cordillera regions have participated in the said event.CESAR S. RAMIREZ
