HONORIS CAUSA:Mrs. Gina de Venecia, wife of House Speaker Jose de Venecia, Jr., is conferred with Doctor of Humanities honoris causa by the Pangasinan State University(PSU) in Lingayen, Pangasinan last July 20, 2007 at the convention hall of the said school.Conferring her are Dr.Victoriano Estira, PSU president; Hon.Carlito Puno, chair of the Commission on Higher Education(CHED), and other officials.
