SAN ROQUE DAM: The mega San Roque Dam project in San Manuel, Pangasinan. The dam is one of the largest dams in Southeast Asia. San Roque Dam reduced the perennial flooding in at least 16 towns in Pangasinan and Tarlac provinces. It also generates more than 300 megawatt of electricity for the Luzon grid.The dam catches the excess waters from the Ambuklao and Binga Dams in Benguet.CESAR S. RAMIREZ
