WELCOME.Pangasinan Vice Gov. Oscar Lambino(right) welcomes Equatorial Guinea President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo during the latter's visit to Dagupan City last May 21. Obiang's visit to the city particularly at the residence of House Speaker Jose De Venecia, Jr. and the at the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources(BFAR) compound in the city is part of his four-day state visit in the Philippines.
