AGBAYANI CUP.Pangasinan Gov. Victor Agbayani as he led in the ceremonial shot at the start of the four-day 2nd Gov. Victor Agbayani Cup shooting competition early this month(March 2006) at the renovated Pangasinan PNP Firing Range in Lingayen, Pangasinan. MOU SIGNING.
